Each post written by Coach Brian is a response to the exercise at the end of each chapter of the book “Change Your Brain Everyday” by Dr. Daniel Amen. Dr. Amen has been a practicing neuropsychologist for more that 40 years and has scanned more than 225,000 brains.
His experience has taught him that your brain is going to change for better or worse everyday. By practicing the brain healthy habits laid out in this book we can influence our brain to maintain its health an more likely even improve. The book is 366 short chapters centered around 8 topics.
